Hayden Goodell is excited to be returning for his second year as a Garage Ball coach. The 2022 graduate of Holmen High School earned 2nd team all-conference honors as a catcher in 2022 after leading the Vikings in hitting at a .392 clip and garnered honorable mention all-district accolades that same season. 

Hayden was also part of back-to-back Holmen Post 284 American Legion teams that qualified for the State Legion tournaments in 2022 and 2023. Goodell was named to the American Legion State all-tournament team in 2022. Following graduation, Goodell spent one season playing at Kirkwood Community College (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), a nationally-ranked JUCO that produced 17 Division I scholarship players. Goodell has since returned to the area and attends the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he is majoring in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration.
